GROUPS are a fun way to share, compare, and compete with friends.

Groups are:

  • always private

  • invite-only

Groups have:

  • daily leaderboards

  • members list

Benefits of creating a group:

  • see a custom leaderboard of daily workouts

  • stay accountable with friends, family, and workout partners

  • motivation to work out more frequently

  • inspiration to work out harder (more effort!)
